BridgeOpsFor businesses

For owners · Cleveland, OH

Eight questions, answered straight.

These are the questions owners ask us in the first ten minutes. Here they are in order.

01

What can BridgeOps do for my business?

We take the digital work off your desk and finish it: your Google profile, your website, how reviews get asked for, how leads get tracked, and what gets posted. We start by auditing what you have so the money goes to the right thing first.

02

How does the process work?

We define the job in writing, complete it against a checklist, verify the result, and put the deliverable in your portal for approval.

03

Who manages the work?

A BridgeOps account lead. They own your scope, answer in your thread, and review the work before it reaches you. You are not managing a queue of freelancers.

04

How do I track progress?

In the portal. The front page shows what needs your attention, what is in progress, and what is ready for review. Each month you get a written briefing on what changed.

05

How are deliverables reviewed?

BridgeOps checks the work against the agreed scope, then you review it in the portal. You can approve it or request changes, and your response is recorded.

06

What does it cost?

Essentials is $279 per month, Growth is $697, and Scale is $1,297. Deliverables and usage allowances are agreed in writing before billing. There is a three-month initial commitment.

07

How fast can we start?

The audit runs as soon as you give us your website. Once we agree on scope, the fourteen-day build list starts, and month two is free if that list runs late.

08

Why trust BridgeOps?

Because the limits are published. No invented metrics, nothing shipped without review, no lock-in past the minimum. And because you can see the record of every task we tick.
