Who we are and what this policy covers
This policy explains how Bridge Intelligence LLC, doing business as BridgeOps ("BridgeOps," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through our website at bridgeskillconnect.com, our client portal, our free audit tool, and our services. It applies to visitors, people who contact us, and our clients and their team members.
When we run systems for a client business, we also handle information about that business's customers. For that information we act on the client's behalf, as described in section 7.

Information we collect
Information you give us
Account details: your name, email address, and login information when you create a portal account or sign in with Google.
Business details: your business name, website, address, service area, services, goals, and other information you enter in forms, the audit tool, or the portal.
Contact requests: your name, business, email, phone number, website, goals, preferred call times, communication preferences, and the marketing source of your visit when you submit a request form.
Communications: what you send us through the portal, email, phone, or text, and your decisions on work we submit for approval.
Billing: Stripe processes payments. We receive your billing name, email, plan, and payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
Information from accounts you connect
When you choose to connect an account in the portal, we receive only the access you approve on that provider's screen. Sections 5 and 6 describe exactly what we access from Google and Meta. We also connect to your customer relationship management system, such as HighLevel, to organize your leads, appointments, and follow-up.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting platform records basic usage information when you visit our website or portal, such as pages viewed, approximate country, device type, and session length. We use it to keep the service working and to understand how it is used. We do not record your screen sessions, and we do not use advertising cookies.
Public business information
Our audit engine gathers publicly available information about a business to prepare an audit, such as its website content and performance, search results, online listings, public reviews, and business contact details the business has published. We use this only to prepare audits and proposals for that business and to contact the business about them.
How we use information
To provide, operate, and improve the services you request, including audits, reports, automations, and your portal.
To communicate with you about your account, work in progress, approvals, billing, and requests you make. To send occasional updates about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
To keep our services secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations and to enforce our agreements.
Our audit tool produces automated scores that assess a business's public online presence. These scores describe websites and listings, not individuals, and they are not used to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on any person.
Google user data
BridgeOps' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you sign in with Google or connect a Google account, you choose what to approve on Google's consent screen. Depending on what you connect, we access the following:
| Google service | What we access | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Google Sign-In | Your name, email address, and profile picture | To create and secure your portal account |
| Google Analytics | Read-only traffic and visitor reports for the property you select | To show website performance in your reports |
| Google Search Console | Read-only search clicks, impressions, queries, and pages for the website you select | To show search visibility in your reports |
| Google Calendar | Read-only list of your calendars and upcoming events on the calendar you select | To show upcoming appointments in your portal |
| Google Business Profile | Details of the business listing you select | To show and verify your listing in your portal and reports |
| Gmail sending (when you connect it) | Permission to send email from your address; no access to read your inbox | To send messages you or your approved automations create, such as inquiry confirmations and quote follow-ups |
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you can see in your portal and reports. We do not use it to serve advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features, for security, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or sale of our business with your information protected under this policy. People at BridgeOps do not read your Google data unless you give permission, it is needed to investigate a security issue or comply with the law, or it has been combined and anonymized for internal operations. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
You can disconnect a Google account in your portal at any time, or remove our access in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we stop accessing the account and delete the stored access credentials within 30 days.
Meta, Instagram, and Facebook data
If you connect an Instagram professional account or a Facebook Page, we access the account or Page details, recent posts, and engagement counts you approve on Meta's screen, and we use them only to show performance in your portal and reports. We do not publish, message, or comment on your behalf unless you have separately approved that service in writing.
Deleting your Meta data. Disconnect the account in your portal, or remove BridgeOps in your Facebook or Instagram settings under apps and websites. Then email admin@bridgeskillconnect.com with the subject "Data deletion request." We will delete the data we received from Meta within 30 days and confirm by email.
Information about our clients' customers
When we run systems for a client business, we process information about that business's customers, such as inquiry details, names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment details, and photos they submit. We do this only on the client's instructions and only to provide the client's services, under the Client Data Processing Terms in Appendix A of our Terms of Service. We do not use this information for our own marketing, and we do not sell it.
If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your information, please contact that business directly. If you contact us, we will pass your request to the business and help it respond.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from BridgeOps, we use it to send messages about your request, scheduled calls, account notices, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of a purchase. The Text Message Program Terms in Appendix B of our Terms of Service apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
Text messages our clients send to their own customers through systems we operate are sent on those clients' behalf and under their consent practices, as described in section 7.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as follows:
Service providers who help us run BridgeOps under confidentiality obligations, in these categories: website, application, and database hosting; payment processing (Stripe); customer relationship management and messaging (HighLevel); email and text-message delivery; data storage and backups; and the research services our audit engine uses to gather public business information, such as website performance, search result, technology, and business contact lookup tools.
Providers you connect, such as Google and Meta, to the extent needed to carry out actions you approve.
Artificial intelligence providers that help us analyze information and draft reports and messages. We use their business services, send only what a task needs, and choose services that do not use submitted data to train their models. We do not send Google user data to them for any training purpose. Legal and safety reasons, when the law requires it, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of our clients, their customers, or the public.
Business transfers, if BridgeOps is sold, merged, or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to protect your information.
With your permission, for any other purpose you approve.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website and portal use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in, remember basic settings, and protect the service from abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this section first and tell you how to opt out.
Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, those signals do not change how we handle your information.
How long we keep information
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Account and portal information | While you are a client, and up to 12 months after service ends unless you ask us to delete it sooner |
| Stored access credentials for connected accounts | Deleted within 30 days after you disconnect or your service ends |
| Data received from connected accounts | Only as long as needed to show current reports, and no longer than your service lasts |
| Your customers' information | As your service requires, then deleted or returned within 60 days after service ends |
| Billing and tax records | As long as the law requires, generally up to 7 years |
| Contact requests from people who do not become clients | Up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner |
| Audit reports on businesses that do not become clients | Up to 24 months |
How we protect information
We use access controls that keep each client's data separate, encryption for stored connection credentials, encrypted connections for data in transit, role-based internal access, and review of security findings before each release. We ask for access to client accounts as a user or delegate instead of taking passwords wherever a platform allows. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires and as described in Appendix A of our Terms of Service.
Your choices and rights
See, correct, export, or delete. Ask us for a copy of your personal information, a correction, an export, or deletion.
Disconnect. Disconnect any connected account in your portal or in the provider's settings.
Marketing. Opt out of marketing emails using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.
Account closure. Ask us to close your portal account.
Send requests to admin@bridgeskillconnect.com. We will confirm your identity before acting and respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or other local law, such as the right to appeal a decision about your request. We honor these rights regardless of whether a particular law applies to us, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them.
Information we ask you not to send
Our services are built for business marketing and operations. Please do not send us, and do not ask us to collect, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or similar sensitive information about you or your customers unless your Order specifically requires it and we have agreed in writing how it will be handled.
Where information is stored
We are based in the United States, and we store and process information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be handled under United States law and this policy.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we will delete it promptly if we learn we have.
Changes to this policy
We will post any update here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will notify active clients by email or in the portal before it takes effect, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
